Joel Thayer, LMHC, MFA, JD, CP, PAT
(Group Therapist, Individual Therapist, Psychodrama Trainer)
Joel is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Psychodramatist through the American Board of Examiners in Psychodrama, Sociometry, and Group Psychotherapy. His expertise as a group therapist has been featured at McLean Hospital in the Boston area and numerous guest presentations around the United States. He regularly uses Psychodrama and experiential methods with individuals and groups in Franklin, MA and offers Psychodrama training and workshops.

Margaret (Maggie) Flynn Greelish, OTD, OTR/L
(Group Facilitator, Occupational Therapist)
Maggie is a licensed Occupational Therapist, with a clinical doctorate from MGH Institute of Health Professions. As an OT, she has expertise in sensory integration/modulation, self-regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, leisure exploration, routine building, as well as the skills to evaluate, assess, and support interventions as they relate to functional performance. Maggie currently serves as the Director of Rehabilitation and Group Therapy at McLean Hospital SouthEast in Middleboro MA.
Margo Wilson Ruggiero, MSW, LICSW
(Group Facilitator, Individual Therapist)
Margo is an independently licensed Social Worker in Massachusetts with a diverse background in teaching, theatre, and counseling. She treats individuals, couples, and groups, struggling with a wide variety of issues, including addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma related disorders, chronic stress, poor self esteem, and relationship difficulties. Margo utilizes internal family systems and a strength based, solution-focused, approach, implementing CBT, mindfulness, and other modalities to address the unique needs of her clients.

Bill has been the business manager for Technology Business Group in Franklin, MA for the past twenty-five years. He is happy to co-create Here and Now LLC and to see his photographs used creatively.
